Clarion

Clarion is a planetary system orbiting a white/yellow F-class star.  The system lies in the Hercules Constellation of the Hercules Region.

The primary planet of the Clarion system is a fairly dry desert world.  The first settlers of the planet were drawn there in hopes of mining the planets valuable resources.  Small mining colonies where established across the surface, which they would eventually develop into settlements.

The primary planet's surface is unforgiving to the local people, intense heat and cold can occur during intense seasonal shifts, and large cyclonic dust storms are common.  The ingenious people have adapted to the harsh conditions over the centuries.
