The planet Pavana would be great place for large scale colonization if it wasn’t for one problem, the fast winds.  The planet’s fast rotation causes heavy winds to constantly blow across the surface.  The main continent is covered in short grasses, the only thing that can grow in the winds.  A small population of a few million have adapted to the conditions on the planet.
