Pegram

Pegram is a planetary system orbiting a yellow G-class star.  The system lies in the Tucana Constellation of the Achernar Region.

Pegram's primary planet is a world that is quickly dying.  The planet was once much more habitable, but the planet's small mass and low gravity have caused it's core to solidify, weakening the planet's electromagnetic field.  This has caused the once thick atmosphere to start thinning.

A few million years ago the planet was more earth-like, wide spread oceans covered the surface.  The oceans have since evaporated, leaving only a handful of lakes, where the planet's remaining life forms have huddled around.

Pegram B
Pegram B is a partially habitable, terrestrial world that many consider to be dying, due to the loss of its electromagnetic field.  The planet's remaining life forms have huddled around groups of inland lakes, the remains of once wide-spread oceans that covered the surface.
