Q1 Eridani is a planetary system orbiting a white/yellow F-class star.  The system lies in the Eridanus Constellation of the Inner/Sol Region.

 
The q1 Eridani system consists of a Jupiter sized gas giant that's orbited by a large moon.  The system was settled thanks to deposits of valuable minerals located below the moons surface.  Though the system's overall population has been quickly shrinking, as it's been in the process of being depopulated.

Q1 Eridani's largest moon is the system's primary planet.  The moon has a Martian-like surface made up of dusty rock and iron, sitting under a atmosphere composed of primarily carbon dioxide, with traces of nitrogen along with other gases.
