Summary:

The Rama System is a binary system with four planets orbiting the larger star.  The system contains two stars, a brighter yellow g-class star similar to Sol, and a dim orange k-class star.  The primary planet is the earthlike world Rama A3.  Rama has had rough history, the first colonists arrived and built a small colony of a few hundred.  They were all killed by deep space raiders passing through the system.  A second colony few thousand was established a few years later, and flourished for nearly a decade.  90% of the colony was killed when a strange disease was brought by off world traders.  The few survivors worked hard to establish a solid population and eventually broke the planets curse.  Today over 1 billion people live here.

	Rama A1 A cloudy scorched inner world.  A lifeless, waterless desert covers this dead world.  The planet glows blue in the light of the nearby sun.
	Rama A2
	Planet A2 is an iron rich world without an atmosphere.  Solar radiation blasts the surface of this world.
	Rama A3 A large population of over a billion live on this planet.  Early it looked like the planet would never get established as raiders and a disease made sure to keep down the early colonists.  The planet would eventually grow and become an important economic center for the Izar Region.
