Rho Indi

Rho Indi is a planetary system orbiting a yellow G-class star.  The system lies in the Indus Constellation of the Inner/Sol Region.

Rho Indi is orbited by a gas giant at the outer edges of the habitable zone. Dispute a distance from the sun that gives the planet Mars-like temperatures, it does have a habitable moon. Tidal heating and greenhouses gases help give the moon more comfortable, Earth-like temperatures.

The moon is covered in dense vegetation and sprawling mountain ranges, fueled by the low gravity. Originally settled by a group of scientists, the moon has since grown a moderately sized population.

Rho Indi B2
Rho Indi B2 is a habitable moon that orbits the gas giant B.  The moon is warmed to Earth-like temperatures through greenhouse gasses and tidal heating.  The surface is covered in dense vegetation and sprawling mountain ranges, fueled by the low gravity
