Soratia

Soratia is a planetary system orbiting a orange K-class star.  The system lies in the Corona Australis Constellation of the Sargas Region.

 
Soratia is a young, still forming planetary system consisting of a protoplanetary disk.  The system is still forming larger planets, it is currently filled with small protoplanets.  The protoplanetary disk is rich in resources and has been extensively mined.

The system's largest protoplanet Object #3476JH is nicknamed "The Block", the protoplanet is orbited by numerous orbital cities, which are the center of the mining colonies throughout the planetary disk.

Soratia is notoriously known for the dangerous working and living conditions within the orbital cities and mining colonies.  Numerous violent revolts against the poor conditions has created a tumultuous security situation within the system.

Object #3476JH "The Block"
Object #3476JH is the largest protoplanet in the system, it has been nicknamed "The Block" by workers throughout the Soratia mining colonies.  Parts of the protoplanet's surface are still molten from formation and under constant bombardment.  The planet has a rudimentary atmosphere consisting of methane, carbon monoixde, and sulfur dioxide.
