Vanesian

Vanesian is a planetary system orbiting a yellow G-class star.  The system lies in the Auriga Constellation of the Auriga Region.

Vanesian is a warm, humid, tropical world covered in dense rainforests. The planet contains vast supplies of fuel resources, minerals, and hardwoods, which drew colonists from multiple worlds.

Diseases, bugs, and famine plagued the early colonies as they struggled to adapt to the conditions on the planet. Violent conflicts often erupted between they different colonies, they fought over the resources needed to survive.

Development was slow across the planet initially, though eventually a substantial population took hold. The population formed their own government and culture, Vanesian became one of the key worlds in the Auriga Region.
