Concordia System
System: Concordia Primary Star: HD 92855 Stellar Type: F9V ☼ Companion Star(s): HD 92787 (F5III ☼) Distance from Earth: 116 ly Distance to Wormhole: 116 ly (Sol) Constellation: Ursa Major Region: Inner Population: 520 Million
Summary: The Concordia
System is a junction system that connects the Inner Region and the Polaris
Region. The sun is a yellow/white
F-class star, a little bit brighter and hotter than Sol. There is also a companion star, a subgiant to giant star that is loosely connected sitting at
nearly one tenth of a light year away.
From the surface of Concordia’s primary world the companion star shines
brighter than a full moon. This metal rich system has become one of the richest
in the galaxy. The system itself is a bit different than Sol’s; a gas
giant migrated inward and now orbits extremely close to the sun. Outside
the hot Jupiter’s orbit lie a narrow asteroid belt and two terrestrial planets,
followed by another large asteroid belt. Orbiting beyond the second belt
are two more gas giants.
