Summary: The planet Elysia was originally a prison colony for the Capricorn Region. At one point the planet held nearly 1 million prisoners sent from the surrounding planets. The planet was forgotten about for a hundred years until a United Worlds exploration vessel visited, they found a vibrant society thriving in isolation.
