Summary:

The Minos system orbits a bright f-class star similar to Procyon.  The dry worlds of this system are home to a small population mostly made up of decedents who left the planet Minotaurus.  Minotaurus was undergoing a rapid population growth and some didn’t like how the planet was changing.  They left and became for the nearby Minos System and became base of the population.  The humans in this system have adapted to the harsh sun that dominates the sky.
